Navy SEAL Cadence: Had A Dog Named Blue

With the TGO staff training for marathons, we’re always looking for good running cadences.  As dog lovers, the Navy SEALs “Had A Dog Named Blue” is one of our all-time favorites.  Cadence starts at ~ 1:00 minute mark.
