While a jack-of-all-trades utility knife has a place in anyone’s bug-out/personal gear, there are certain specialty blades that bear consideration by everyone from first responders to average citizens. The Gerber E-Z Out Rescue is a specialty knife that is worthy of consideration in anyone’s load out.
